This Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Specifically, the purposes of this Corporation are to:

1. Support, promote, and enhance the CNP Middle School Dance Team program through volunteerism, fundraising, and financial assistance.

2. Foster community involvement and encourage participation in dance activities that benefit students.

3. Provide financial support for uniforms, travel, equipment, competition fees, and other expenses related to the dance program.
